Description:
Taken one late Fall Saturday morning in Edward Hines Park in Plymouth, MI USA. I wasn't going to let the rain stop me from getting a good photo. It was cold so I kept the car running while I extended the legs of my tripod, inside the car, so I could be sure to get a sharp, long exposure. Once I had the scene framed I shut the car off, set the self timer, took a deep breath and pushed the shutter. The wetness of the rain and the overcast skies combined with the 1.5 second exposure to saturate the colors beautifully.
